“Melanie is a friend of a good friend of mine & so when I was looking for a realtor, I thought of her. When I asked my friend to see if Melanie was interested in helping me find a vacation house on a lake, I wasn't sure she would be interested in accompanying me all over the state of Massachusetts looking for my dream get away, but to my pleasant surprise, she said she would love to help me & be my realtor. She immediately figured out what I was interested in after we met for lunch & set me up on the MLS listing site so I could view all the houses that seemed to match my criteria & there were literally hundreds. She helped me narrow it down & we spent a whole day driving around together looking at the most promising houses. Melanie knows everything about how the process of buying a home works, even a complicated cash transaction of waterfront property with permits for waterfront improvement that needed to be transferred to us. Melanie made several trips to the local town hall, 40 miles from Boston, & met with the conservation commissioner to get copies of documents for us. She also coordinated with our real estate attorney & basically did a lot of leg work for him because he was too slow.

As a result, I am just super happy in my new vacation home & I had a fabulous 4th of July week vacation there complete with town fireworks display right across the lake. What could be better? I want to enthusiastically recommend Melanie for all your real estate needs.... studio in Boston or vacation house in the middle of nowhere... she's the best. The great combination of fun & professional at the same time is hard to find!”
